Cancellation Policy

Carli Thorpe is a qualified, insured trauma-informed somatic coach, hypnotherapist and energy guide, supporting clients to heal and feel aligned physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually. 1. Our agreement Carli provides coaching, hypnotherapy and energy guidance suited to your goals. This guides and supports you, but results depend on your engagement and can't be guaranteed. 2. Services Sessions are booked individually or within a 3- or 6-month container, normally used within the agreed period; unused sessions can't usually be redeemed after unless agreed in writing. This is not talking therapy, counselling or medical care — Carli cannot diagnose or treat medical conditions, so tell her if you're under medical/psychiatric care or on medication first. Services outside her scope may be declined. Online sessions need a private, stable connection; recording needs written agreement. 3. Payment Fees are payable in full in advance, unless a written plan is agreed. Cancelling 7+ days before start: 75% refund; within 7 days: 50%; no refund once services begin. Booking online means services may start before the 14-day cooling-off period ends, and you lose the right to cancel once they do. 4. Confidentiality & IP Information stays confidential except with consent, where required by law, or where there's risk of harm or safeguarding concerns. Materials remain Carli's property, for personal use only. 5. Liability, data & force majeure Liability isn't limited where unlawful (death, injury, fraud); otherwise it's limited to fees paid, and neither party is liable for delays beyond their control. Data is handled under UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018 — see the Privacy Notice. 6. Termination & law Carli may suspend or end services if they fall outside her competence, are no longer appropriate, payment terms are breached, or trust and safety can't be maintained; undelivered fees are refunded pro rata. Governed by the laws of England and Wales. 7. Cancellations & rescheduling Give 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable and deducted from container sessions. 15+ minutes late may count as missed. If Carli must cancel, you'll get a reschedule or refund; container plans otherwise continue. 8. Emergencies This is not a crisis service. If at risk or in crisis, contact your GP, NHS 111, emergency services or the Samaritans. By booking with Carli Thorpe, you agree to these Terms of Engagement.
